The Metal Club is offering an optional, voluntary surcharge of $2.00 to help cover our credit card processing fees if paid online.

Option #2 - In Person or Mail Check Payment:

Pay in person at club: Club hours Monday – Friday; 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Credit card, exact cash or check accepted.
Pay by mailing check: Payable to 'SCW Metal Club'; include name/badge #. Mail to SCW Metal Club, 13849 W Camino del Sol, Sun City West, AZ 85375
